Hyfire has revamped its partner programme, with a series of enhancements designed to meet the individual needs of modern fire installers and their clients.
In place of a one size fits all solution, the Hyfire Partner Programme will help to ensure that each partner is making the most of their relationship with Hyfire, giving them all the tools they need to promote the multiple benefits of wireless fire technology, which also offers benefits to the installers themselves in terms of faster lead times and simplified installation schedules.
“The Hyfire Partner Programme gives partners easy access to proven resources to build distinctive and highly effective businesses around the unique advantages of wireless,” said Tom Crane, Business Unit Director at Hyfire. “These advantages that are also passed on to end clients, namely the owners and occupants of commercial, industrial, residential and public buildings.
“Hyfire wireless technology enables and empowers a new way of working, making our partners more successful, and helping to differentiate them within a competitive marketplace. It is faster and less disruptive, needs fewer staff and time on site, minimises disturbance to end-user business activity, guarantees no surprises and delivers predictable project budgets and outcomes, with no overruns.”
Hyfire offers the widest range of commercial standard wireless fire devices on the market, ranging from optical, multi-criteria and heat detectors to notification, alarm, interface and control units, all fully certified to EN54. All products offer the highest performance and quality in the industry, and are also fully compliant with BS5839 Part 1. Fire panels are wired via a loop to translators, from which wireless devices can be used on their own to build fully wireless systems of virtually any size, or mixed with Hyfire wired products to provide seamless hybrid solutions, offering total flexibility to specifiers and installers.
The Hyfire Partner Programme offers three levels of partnership – Service, Authorised and Certified – with each offering different benefits and criteria. All offer access to the products and training resources required to make the most of the Hyfire range, while Authorised and Certified offer financial terms and benefits, based in the volume and frequency of customer orders.
Mr Crane added: “With more and more fire installers coming to appreciate the inherent benefits of wireless fire devices, and end clients increasingly asking for wireless-based systems, we are seeing this technology move firmly into the mainstream of the fire industry and our new Hyfire Partner Programme, with the support, training and resources required for any installer to make the move to wireless, regardless of their size or reach.”
Hyfire last year launched Taurus, a completely new range of EN54-25 high-performance wireless detection, control and alarm devices, based on a new protocol that offers unprecedented capabilities, quality and reliability. The new Partner Programme ensure Partners can have access to special conditions and advantages, such as access first to new product releases and technology advancements to get the maximum for the Hyfire wireless technology.
