HFW Product Line Discontinuation

The HFW product range has served our customers well over the years, but as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and product improvement, we have developed the new and enhanced Taurus product line, an alternative to the HFW products. Taurus, which has been available on the market for a few years now, is a proven and robust technology that has garnered strong feedback and adoption from our customers.

Regarding the discontinuation of the HFW product range, we want to assure you that we are dedicated to making the discontinuation process as smooth as possible for all of our valued customers.

Here are some key points to note:

• Discontinuation Timeline: The HFW product range will remain available for purchase until June 2025. This should provide you with ample time to plan your last-time buy and make necessary arrangements.
• Last-Time Buy Planning: If you have ongoing projects that require HFW products, we encourage you to plan your last-time buy carefully. Please consider placing your orders as soon as possible to ensure that you have an adequate supply to meet your project requirements. Please be informed that production of HFW devices is scheduled until June 2025. Orders placed within this timeframe may request delivery within November 2025. The actual lead time will be confirmed upon order confirmation.

• • Transition to Taurus: For any future wireless or hybrid requirements, we recommend our current Taurus product line as a suitable alternative to Static. Taurus offers improved features and performance such as market leading battery life (up to 10 years), significant improvement on signal strength, 60 available channels, Safe Path communication and dual channel redundancy. Please be aware that HFW and Taurus product lines are distinct and not backward compatible.

• • Stock Planning: As part of your transition strategy, we advise you to evaluate your current stock of HFW products and adjust your inventory accordingly. Our sales teams are available to assist you in assessing your needs and facilitating a smooth transition to Taurus.
  • Terms & Conditions:  Hyfire will continue to offer a standard warranty of 5 years for HFW products. If you have any questions regarding your warranty please refer to the terms and conditions or contact the customer service team who will be happy to help.
